"Devs are actually keeping us in the loop"
I appreciate that the devs explain what’s changing and actually respond when things break. It’s not perfect all the time, but the communication has gotten way better lately... and that makes a big difference!

"Smooth payment, no ridiculous hoops"
I bought some game time on blizzard.com and the whole payment process was super easy. My card went through right away, and the confirmation email showed up within a minute or so. I was expecting some ridiculous extra step or random error, but nope, everything just worked. Happy with how smooth it was.

"Patches are usually solid"
Most updates on blizzard.com have gone smoothly for me. Nice. The patch notes are usually easy enough to follow, and I like that the games stay updated consistently. Sometimes the downloads drag a bit, or a fix randomly breaks something small. Annoying. But overall, it works well enough and I haven’t had too many issues. Solid.
"I don’t know how Blizzard keeps doing this..."
I don’t know how Blizzard keeps doing this, but their stories always end up pulling me back in. The lore is so big and fun to follow, even if I’m lost sometimes and have to piece things together. Some parts get kind of messy, but I still love diving back into it after all these years

"My reports actually got followed up on"
I was surprised by how quickly my toxic chat reports were handled. A couple of players were being really aggressive in match chat, so I submitted the reports with a short note, and it felt like the system actually took it seriously instead of sending them into a black hole. Nice to see moderation that responds fast and makes the game feel a bit cleaner

"Smooth launcher that doesn’t waste my game time"
I mostly use the Battle.net launcher for WoW and Diablo, and it’s been really solid for me. Updates usually download quickly, and I haven’t had to deal with crashes or random errors. Login is fast too, which I really appreciate after work because the last thing I want is to lose half my free evening fighting with a launcher instead of actually playing. It just works the way it should, and that’s kind of all I need from it.

"Support got me sorted in about 10 minutes"
I ran into some kind of account issue and reached out to support. They got back to me fast and had it fixed in roughly 10 minutes or so. Super easy experience overall.

"My account feels secure again"
I got a random old login alert that made me a little nervous, so I finally went through Blizzard’s security setup. it was painless. I added the authenticator, updated my password, and now I get alerts if anything suspicious happens. It only took a few minutes and wasn’t confusing at all. Definitely feel better knowing my account has some extra protection now.

"Matchmaking is better than I expected"
The matchmaking has been fair overall. I was expecting a lot more unbalanced games, but most matches feel decent and competitive. Every now and then I end up in a weird lobby, but it’s not often enough to really bother me...
"First impression was honestly good"
My first impression of the community team was that they actually cared, and that’s pretty much held up. The managers listen, reply quickly, and do a decent job keeping things calm when the chats start getting messy. It’s not perfect, of course, but compared to a lot of other game sites, they’re doing a much better job overall

"Ban appeal was slow but got fixed"
My account got suspended after some weird login problem and at first I was frustrated because I didn’t really know what I’d done wrong and it felt like it came out of nowhere.
Support took a while to get back to me, which didn’t help, but once someone actually looked into it properly they explained what happened and lifted the suspension, so even though it wasn’t quick it did feel fair in the end.
I do think the first message could’ve had more detail instead of making me wait and wonder, but overall they handled it better than I expected and I’d give it 4 stars.

"Not bad, but they make it feel harder than it should"
The coins stretch a bit further than I expected for skins, so I’ll give them that. But it’s annoying because it still feels like they set things up to squeeze people as much as possible. Like, yeah, the value is okay, but that doesn’t mean I’m not irritated with how they price everything.

"Privacy settings clear enough, mostly"
I’m on blizzard.com often, and for me the privacy stuff has been okay. The settings are not hard to find, mostly, though with some of the data options a little digging you have to do. So far, no big problems for me.
"Still some of the best gameplay out there"
I’ve been playing blizzard games for years, the gameplay is still the main reason I keep coming back. I was actually looking through some old receipt emails the other day and it reminded me how long I’ve been sticking with their games.
The matches usually feel smooth, the classes are fun to mess around with, and there’s always something new to learn or get better at. Sure, some balance changes can be frustrating, but the actual feel of playing is still really solid.
I don’t log in every single day like I used to, but whenever I do, it still feels like a good use of my time. For gameplay alone, it’s an easy 5 stars from me.

"Easy download and setup"
I downloaded the Battle.net app from blizzard.com it was smooth. The page was easy to find, the installer kicked off right away, and there weren’t any weird popups or confusing steps getting in the way.
The install only took a few minutes, then I logged in and started downloading my game. The speed was decent and everything worked on the first try. I was actually ready to complain if it turned into a hassle, but nope, it just worked. Nothing fancy, just got the job done

"The servers have been stable..."
The servers have been stable on my end and I haven’t really had any issues lately. It’s been smooth enough that I kind of forget about it, which is great. Overall, a dependable experience, though I’m weirdly still expecting something to go wrong any second

"Ranked feels more balanced lately"
I mostly play ranked, the balance just feels better to me lately. I can’t always explain it perfectly, but matches don’t feel as frustrating as they used to. There are still a few heroes or classes that get annoying quickly, but the patches seem to come often enough to keep things from getting too stale. It’s not perfect, but overall I’m still having a good time.

"Fun lately, even if it’s a little clunky"
I’ve been on Blizzard a bunch recently, and my latest visits have been enjoyable. There’s a nice mix of stuff to jump between, like WoW, Diablo, and Overwatch, and I like seeing the newest updates and game news when I’m just looking for something to browse.
That said, the site still feels a little messy in spots, and a couple pages have loaded slower than I’d like. But based on how much I’ve used it lately, I’d still say it’s a solid site overall, not perfect, but fun enough for 4 stars.

So... ranked has felt fair to me so far. I haven’t really run into anything weird in my games, which is nice

"The game prices seem mostly fair..."
The game prices seem mostly fair to me, and the sales definitely help a lot (especially when I’m trying not to spend too much)
